Kevin McGrew has a masters in School Psychology (Moorhead State University) and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology (University of Minnesota). He practiced as a school psychologist for 10 years. He was a Full Professor in the Department of Applied Psychology at St. Cloud State University (MN) for 10 years, teaching Educational Psychology classes. He currently is a Visiting Professor in Educational Psychology (School Psych. Program) at the University of Minnesota. He is founder and Director of the Institute for Applied Psychometrics (IAP). He is also Research Director for the Woodcock-Munoz Foundation, Associate Director for Measurement Learning Consultants, and the Scientific Director for Interactive Metronome. He is a coauthor of the Woodcock-Johnson III Battery of cognitive and achievement tests. He has published over 60 journal articles and books, primarily in the area of intelligence theories and testing. He has spoken at many state, national and international conferences. He maintains three professional blogs--IQ's Corner, the Brain Clock, and Intellectual Competence and the Death Penalty.
