Rebecca McMillan is Senior Editor of The Creativity Post.
Rebecca has more than two decades of experience in business, non-profit communications and educational advocacy. In addition to her duties at The Creativity Post, Rebecca is founder of The Brain Cafe, and created the online education program for Gifted Homeschoolers Forum. She currently serves as ambassador for the organization.
A passionate advocate for education tailored to the needs and interests of individual students, Rebecca writes, speaks, and advocates on behalf of gifted, twice exceptional, creative, and other students with complex educational needs. Her column, Sui Generis, explores how we can cultivate what makes us unique in education and beyond.
She is currently working on a book chapter focused on healthy identity formation among twice-exceptional students and assisting a school start-up in developing assessment tools to measure student engagement, passion, creativity, and commitment to life-long learning.
